Terms and Conditions

· Entry form with complete details is mandatory. (If not received with the parcel, the entry will not be considered valid.)


· Parcel should be sent with the list of participant students, papers/ D.D./Bank Receipt/Payment details together. You are requested to keep one copy of students list with you, as it will not be returned.


· (Rs.7.5 per student) 15% of the amount collected can be used for school expenses. According to the Art Teacher Entry Form, the Art Teacher / Coordinator should deduct the amount of their honorarium, fill in the entry form properly and send the remaining amount to the “Rangotsav Celebration”.


· Visit our website, and go for “Payment Gateway” option for online payment or send money via NEFT or DD. The online payment details of Rangotsav Celebration are given in the “Contact Us” option.

· Entries must be sent by post or courier only. The entries should reach us on or before 20 September 2022, Entry will not be accepted after this date.


· Mementos / Certificates / Awards will be sent directly to the school.


· If you want printed participation certificate then please send the list of students within one week from the date of sending the parcel with the mentioned format on our Website. If you do not understand something, please call the number given below.


· After you courier the entries it would be your responsibility to check whether the parcel has reached to us or not. Once the parcel is received we will surely call and inform you. Please mention a contact number on your parcel.


· A humble request to send prize distribution photographs on our official E-mail Id for publishing it on our website and social media.


· Decision of the judges will be final and binding to all. Please do not handover cash to anyone as we do not encourage cash transactions.
