Competition Schedule

  • June

    : National level competition begins from June 15th, 2025.

  • July

    : Ongoing months of National-level competition.

  • August

    : Ongoing months of National-level competition.

  • September

    : Competition ends on 10th September 2025. Late entries will be accepted until October 10th, 2025. No entry forms and papers will be accepted after October 11th, 2025.

  • October

    : Declaration of results in the second week of October.

  • November

    : Announcement of the list of National level Winners eligible for the International Competition.

  • December

    : We are accepting submissions of student entry forms for the international level competition.

  • January

    : The International competition will start in January 2026.

  • February

    : Declaration of results.

  • March

    : Declaration of results.

Competition For Colouring

For this competition, there are seven groups as listed below :

All of the colouring competition’s images are enclosed. Student can use any colour.

Competition For Handwriting

For this competition, there are three groups as listed below :

  • Primary

    : (Nursery, Jr. KG & Sr. KG)

  • Primary

    : (Std. 1st to 4th)

  • Primary to Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 5th to 12th)

The poem or paragraph for the handwriting competition is enclosed. Students should write their paragraph or poem in the subsequent blank space.

Competition For Sketching

For this competition, there is only one group as listed below :

  • Primary to Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 1st to 12th)

Subjects for the sketching competition are enclosed. The choice of pen, pencil, and colour for shading and sketching is completely up to the students. (Subjects are :- Historical Figure, Still Life, Freedom Fighters, Portrait )

Competition For Cartoon Making

For this competition, there is only one group as listed below :

  • Primary to Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 1st to 12th)

Students should draw and colour the cartoon on the blank page provided for cartoon-making purpose. Participant student is free to choose any cartoon character as per their choice.

Competition For Collage

For this competition, there are two groups as listed below :

  • Pre – Primary to Primary

    : (Nursery to 5th)

  • Secondary to Higher Sec.

    : (6th to 12th)

Pictures for the collage competition are enclosed. Students may make use of magazine paper, craft paper or any other type of creative material.

Competition For Caricature

For this competition, there is only one group as listed below :

  • Primary to Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 1st to 12th)

Students should draw and colour the caricature on the blank page provided for caricature purpose. Participant student is free to choose any caricature character as per their choice.

Competition For Finger And Thumb Painting

For this competition, there are six groups as listed below :

  • Pre – Primary

    : (Nursery, Jr.KG & Sr.KG)

  • Primary

    : (Std. 1st & 2nd)

  • Primary

    : (Std. 3rd & 4th)

  • Primary & Secondary

    : (Std. 5th to 7th)

  • Secondary

    : (Std. 8th to 10th)

  • Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 11th & 12th)

Paper provided for thumb painting, students can use water colours, objects like vegetables or thread. To make a coloured fingerprint, firmly press the piece of paper with your painted index finger.

Competition For Greeting Card

For this competition, there is only one group as listed below :

  • Primary to Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 1st to 12th)

Create a card using paper that is A4 in size. Students may use craft paper, cardboard paper, or other decorative items. On the back of the card, students are required to put their name and grade.

(Subjects are :- Women’s Day, International Yoga Day, Thanking You, Appreciation, Festival. ) (Select one of your choices.)

Competition For Tattoo Making

For this competition, there is only one group as listed below :

  • Primary to Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 1st to 12th)

Picture for the tattoo making competition is enclosed. Students are free to use any colours and type of pen to draw the tattoo design.

Competition For Mask Making

For this competition, there are three groups as listed below :

  • Primary

    : (Std. 1st to 4th)

  • Primary to Secondary

    : (Std. 5th to 10th)

  • Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 11th & 12th)

Students may use craft paper, cardboard paper, colours, feathers or colorful cloth, handmade paper or other decorative items. Participant student is free to choose any mask as per their choice. Students are required to put their name and grade on the mask.

How to conduct competition at your school premises?

  • After the art teacher has accepted and read the invitation, the students must be given details of the competition.
  • One student can participate in one or all the competitions as per his/her choice and preference.
  • The teacher has to collect the respective fees of Rs.50/- per competition.
  • Please make sure that each student provides a copy of the relevant competition upon payment.
  • For photocopying of the papers and courier services, the school will use 15% of the total sum.
  • The remaining 85% of the funds must be transferred to us directly via NEFT to the organization’s account, using a QR code, or through an online payment method.
  • If payment is done via Demand Draft, ensure the Demand Draft is enclosed in the package that also contains the competition materials and entry form.
  • Please include a copy of the bank receipt with the package if the money has been transferred to a bank account.
  • Please give us the full breakdown of remittances.
  • Once you have sent the parcel, inform us via call or email.

Eligibility to Participate in International Competition

Winners selected from the national competition will be eligible to participate in the international competition. The proud winners and their parents will receive a personal letter through their schools notifying them of this achievement. We are confident that schools will also take pride in having students transition from national to international competitions.
