For this competition, there are six groups as listed below :

Competition For Handwriting

For this competition, there are three groups as listed below :

  • Pre-Primary

    : (Std. 1st & 2nd)

  • Primary to Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 3rd To 12th)

The poem or paragraph for the handwriting competition is enclosed. Students
should write their paragraph or poem in the subsequent blank space.

Competition For Collage

For this competition, there are three groups as listed below :

  • Pre-Primary

    : (Nursery, Jr.KG & Sr.KG)

  • Primary

    : (Std. 1st to 2nd)

  • Primary to Secondary

    : (Std. 3rd to 5th)

  • Secondary to Higher Sec.

Pictures for the collage competition are enclosed. Students may make use of
magazine paper, craft paper or any other type of creative material.

Competition For Sketching

For this competition, there are two groups as listed below :

  • Primary

    : (Std. 1st & 2nd)

  • Primary to Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 3rd To 12th)

Subjects for the sketching competition are enclosed. The choice of
pen, pencil, and colour for shading and sketching is completely up
to the students. (Subjects are :- A Person from history, Model
( Cricketer, Actor, Actress ), Landscape or Human Figure. )
Landscapes, Fruit, Butterflies, Trees, Flowers, Coffee Mugs, Birds

Competition For Cartoon Making

For this competition, there are two groups as listed below :

  • Primary

    : (Std. 1st & 2nd)

  • Primary to Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 3rd To 12th)

Students should draw and colour the cartoon on the blank page provided for
cartoon making purpose. Participant student is free to choose any cartoon
characters as per their choice.

Competition For Finger And Thumb Painting

For this competition, there are four groups as listed below :

  • Pre-Primary

    : (Nursery, Jr.KG & Sr.KG)

  • Primary

    : (Std. 1st to 4th)

  • Primary to Secondary

    : (Std. 5th to 8th)

  • Secondary

    : (Std. 9th to 10th)

  • Secondary to Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 11th to12th)

Finger and thumb painting allows students to use watercolors
and objects like vegetables or thread. To create a colored
fingerprint, firmly press your painted index finger onto a
piece of paper.

Competition For Tattoo Making

For this competition, there are two groups as listed below :

  • Primary to Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 1st To 12th)

Picture for the tattoo making competition is enclosed. Students are free to use
any colours and type of pen to draw the tattoo design.

Competition For Caricature

For this competition, there are two groups as listed below :

  • Primary

    : (Std. 1st & 2nd)

  • Primary to Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 3rd To 12th)

Students should draw and color caricatures. Students are free to
choose any caricature characters they prefer.

Competition For Greeting Card

For this competition, there are two groups as listed below :

  • Primary to Higher Sec

    : (Std. 1st To 12th)

Create a card using paper that is A4 in size. Students may use craft paper,
cardboard paper, or other decorative items.On the back of the card, students
are required to put their name and grade.

Subjects are :-
1.National Indian Army Day, 2. Sports Day, 3. Happy Children Day,
4. Birthday, 5. Christmas ) (Select One of your choices.)

Competition For Mask Making

For this competition, there are three groups as listed below :

  • Primary

    : (Std. 1st to 4th)

  • Secondary

    : (Std. 5th to 10th)

  • Higher Sec.

    : (Std. 11th & 12th)

Students may use craft paper, cardboard paper, colours, feathers or
colorful cloth, handmade paper or other decorative items. Participant
student is free to choose any mask as per their choice. Students are
required to put their name and grade on backside of paper.

How to Organize an International Competition in Your School ?

  • The Art Teacher or Competition Coordinator should announce the competition details to the students after receiving the official invitation.
  • Each student may participate in one or up to five competitions according to their interest and preference, by paying the respective fee for each competition.
  • The teacher must collect the fees as per the fee structure applicable in your country.
  • A photocopy of the selected competition sheet must be given to each participating student, and the competition must be conducted within your school premises.
  • 10% of the collected fees may be used by the school for expenses such as photocopying, postage, and courier services required for sending the competition sheets.
  • As a token of appreciation from Rangotsav Celebration for the valuable support provided, 5% of the collected amount should be given to the Art Teacher/Coordinator, and 5% to the Principal.
  • 80% of the total amount collected must be submitted online through the payment gateway available on our website or transferred through SWIFT remittance.
  • The entry forms and all completed artworks must be sent via courier to the Rangotsav Celebration office in India.

How to conduct international competition for Indian students ?

  • Only selected children out of the winners of the national competition will be eligible for the international competition.
  • The names of the children selected for the international competition will be communicated to the teachers by letter and mail.
  • Congratulatory letters will also be given to the parents of the children selected for the International Competition which will be delivered to them by the schools.
  • The teacher has to collect Rs. 1000 as fees for international competition from every eligible student. The teacher is expected to coach, guide and inspire students for competition through practice sessions.
  • 5% of the competition fees will be allocated to the school, and 10% will be designated for the art teacher to support student practice and valuable support. The remaining 85% amount will be transferred to the Rangotsav Celebration.”
  • The children will be given a hall ticket and the venue and the date of the competition will be announced by the Rangotsav Celebration.

Rules and Regulations

  • Rangotsav Celebration is open to all artists from the age of 3 years to 20 years of age i.e. from Kindergarten students to Higher Secondary School Students. Your artwork must be your own original concept and not a copy of anyone else’s copyrighted material.
  • Entry form with duly filled details is mandatory.
  • Payment is to be made online through payment gateway by visiting our website or remittance through SWIFT.
  • If printed participation certificates are required for the participants, it is compulsory to visit our website and upload the Excel file with details of the students, in the option “upload certificate”.
  • Mementos/ Certificates/ Prizes will be sent directly at the school address mentioned on the entry form within three months.
  • The parcel is to be sent with all the competition papers along with participation list, proof of payment and entry form, to the office of Rangotsav Celebration in India.
  • 80% of the amount collected is to be paid online through payment gateway by visiting our website or remittance through SWIFT.
  • 10% of the total collected fees may be used by the school to cover expenses such as photocopying and sending papers through post or courier.
  • Additionally, 5% of the collected fees may be retained by the Art Teacher/Coordinator and 5% by the Principal, as a token of appreciation from Rangotsav Celebration for their valuable efforts in conducting the competition.
  • After sending the parcel, please follow up till you receive confirmation from our side through a call or email of having received the same.
