Colouring Competition

The groups for the colouring competition are given below:

Primary I : (KG, Std I & II)

Primary II : (Std III & IV)

Secondary I : ( Std V to VII)

Secondary II : (Std VIII to X)

The picture for painting is enclosed, students can use any colour medium for painting.

Handwriting Competition

Students should write para/poem on the subsequent blank space provided on the page.

The groups for the handwriting competition are given below:

Collage Competition

There are two groups for this competition as given below:

Collage I : (Std. III & VI)

Collage II : (Std. VII to X)

Pictures for collage competition for collage work are enclosed. Students can use only craft paper or magazine paper or any types of colorful papers.

Art Teachers are requested to check all crafts once & choose few out of them to send via courier which would make the selection process easier.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1.       One student can participate in both competitions by paying respective entry fees.

2.       Parcel should be sent with the list of participant students.

3.       You are requested to keep one copy of student’s list with you, as it will not be returned.

4.       Please send all the entries/papers on the below mentioned mailing address.

5.       Entries must be sent by post or courier only.

6.       Payment should be sent either by D.D. in favor of “Rangostav celebration” or you can directly deposit entry fees in the bank by using following bank details:

         If you deposit money in the A/c, then it is compulsory to send photo copy of  the deposit receipt.

7.   15% amount of total entry fees can be used for school expenses and rest 85% amount should be sent to ”Rangotsav Sanstha”.

8.   Last date to submit entries and to send parcel/courier will be 20 August - 2016.

9.   Memento/Certificates/Awards will be sent to your school positively by first week of October - 2016 or early if possible.

10.   Requesting you to send your prize distribution ceremony photographs to our official e-mail id (rangotsav.celebration@gmail.com) for publishing it on our website.

11.   All schools are requested to send at least 50 participant entries to participate in the competition.

12.   Decision of the judges will be final and binding to all.

13.   If you desire to make some contribution towards the basic needs and education of children from orphanages, then you are welcome.

14.   In case of any query or doubt just give us a missed call between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. We would return the call as soon as possible.
